What data we collect

Waitlist: your email address and, optionally, whether you're interested in the Milan clinic, the app, or both.

Careers (“Join the team”): your name, contact details, and any information you choose to share about your background and why you'd like to work with Dama.

Site preferences: your chosen language is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How your data is collected

Our waitlist and careers forms are powered by Google Forms. When you submit a form, your responses are collected and stored by Google LLC and Google Ireland Ltd on our behalf, and are also subject to Google's own privacy policy.

We only receive the information you choose to submit through these forms.

Why we use your data, and our legal basis

Waitlist — to let you know when our Milan clinic opens and when the app launches. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Careers — to review your interest and contact you about opportunities to join Dama. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request prior to a possible working relationship (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as Google (form hosting) and our email provider — acting as data processors on our instructions.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until the clinic opens and the app launches, and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

We keep careers data for as long as needed to evaluate your interest and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
